I may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this Site. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes Your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. You acknowledge that Excursions and Transfers may involve a risk to Your health and/or safety. You assume all these risks and You hereby release Me from all claims inherent in travel, visiting Costa Rica, and partaking in any Service.

You agree to take all required, reasonable, and prudent measures in relation to Your own safety. You agree to the proper use of safety devices such as but not limited to seatbelts. You will obey all posted or verbal instructions as it relates to Your safety and health. I will not be liable and You will hold Me harmless for Your and/or anyone else’s failure to comply with this paragraph.

You agree to reimburse Me as a result of damages, destruction, theft, directly or indirectly caused by You and any resultant excess cleaning fee to vehicles and/or My property used to provide You with My Service.

By partaking in an excursion or transfer You agree to abide by the authority of Me. You agree to strictly comply will all applicable laws and regulations of Costa Rica.

Intellectual property

We own and control all of the copyright and other intellectual property rights on the Site and the photos, data, information, and other resources displayed by or accessible within the website.

Some of the information and services found on this Site have been provided by external sources. I am not responsible nor liable for the accuracy, reliability of the information or the services provided by external sources. Users wishing to rely upon this external information or services should consult directly with the appropriate source for such services.

Materials on this Site were produced and/or compiled for the purpose of providing You with My Service. The artwork and/or music found on this Site are proprietary and are not to be copied without written permission from Me. My privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), you may view below and has three parts [1] How I protect Your privacy, [2] Sharing and Usage, and [3] E-mails sent to You. Information submitted by You or on Your behalf is only available to Us for the purposes of contacting You and/or providing You with documents regarding Service based on Your request for information, the Service We provide to You, or to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to Our communications and services with You.

If You received a mailing from Us, (a) your email address is either listed with Us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information and/or Our Service, or (b) You have registered or otherwise have an existing relationship with Us. Jurisdiction

The terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica and that any disputes will be handled in Costa Rican courts.

Refund Policy

1. You will receive a full refund if the reserved Service is cancelled 72 hours prior to transfer or excursion.
2. You will receive no refund if the reserved Service is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to transfer or excursion.
3. If a reservation for Service is made less than 72 hours before such Service starts, the refund policy is determined at time of booking reservation by Me.
4. For an airport transfer if the airline cancels the flight or changes the flight time, the refund policy for Service is determined by Me on a case-by-case basis.

Reservation Quote

1. A reservation quote for Service is valid for 72 hours after the reservation quote is given.
2. If the reservation quote for Service is given less than 72 hours before a transfer or excursion, the validity policy for such Service will be determined by Me at the time the reservation quote given.
